Shipping
We are pleased to offer both domestic and international shipping via the US Postal Service. All shipping costs are added to your order at the time of purchase. In addition we add a small order charge to cover expenses such as packing materials. We ship via Priority Mail in the US and Express Mail International for overseas destinations.
We maintain inventory of our products however at times products may become unavailable or take longer to ship than usual. When that occurs, we will inform you on our product page. Most of the time orders ship within a couple of days. Note that we will announce on the home page of the site if there is an upcoming interruption in our shipping schedule. Orders placed during this time will not be processed until after the interruption.
Returns
Unfortunately processing returns is expensive and difficult to manage for a small operation. As a result, we do not accept returns for non-defective products. For defective products we will gladly exchange them for you. We offer niche products and would like our customers to be as educated as possible about our offerings. We provide a wealth of information about our products and strive to answer any questions we receive in a timely manner.
